Meet Deidre

Hey there! I'm Deidre Iles, and I'm absolutely thrilled to help you find your next home with MavRealty. Growing up as a third-generation Tampa native, I know this area like the back of my hand. Every year, my family and I would spend a week at Indian Rocks and Indian Shores. I loved it so much that I ended up living there for the past 2.5 years.

In the last two years, I’ve thrown myself into real estate with MavRealty and have managed to achieve over $17 million in sales around the Tampa Bay area. I mainly focus on Indian Rocks, Largo, and the Heights in Tampa. The Heights are especially close to my heart—I was one of the first to build a bungalow there, mixing old-world charm with modern comforts.

Before jumping into real estate, I spent 30 years in retail and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising. This experience gives me a unique edge in staging homes to make them super appealing to buyers. Back when I worked at Nordstrom in the International Mall, I built strong relationships that led our department to top sales in the company for 18 straight months. Simple thank-you cards went a long way.
