"Hi there! I'm Deidre Gray, and I'm absolutely thrilled to help you find your next home with Coldwell Banker Realty. I love building relationships and helping people find their next home. As a third generation native to Tampa, I know the Tampa Bay Area like the back of my hand. Part of my family's tradition every year was to head to Indian Rocks and Indian Shores for a week. I love those areas so much that for 2.5 years I lived there.
In the last three years, I've jumped into real estate and have managed to achieve over $17 million in sales. I mainly focus on Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores Beach Largo and The Heights in Tampa. The Heights are especially to my heart, I was one of the first to build a bungalow there, mixing old-world charm with modern comforts.
Before jumping into real estate, I spent 30 years in retail and earned a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising. This experience gives me a unique edge in staging homes to make them super appealing to buyers. Back when I worked at Nordstrom in the International Plaza, I built strong relationships that led our department to top sales in the company for 18 straight months. A simple thank you card went a long way.
